* I want to teach someone who wants to learn to sew but has no one to show them how.
* I want to instill in someone the love of sewing
* I want to teach them to want to go that extra step to achieve a garment that is special and professional looking.
An Easy Way to Rip Out Seams
My first hint is aboutripping out seams. This is something that all sewers have to do quite frequently.I only learned this probably obvious technique a very few years ago.
It is simply to break a stitch every inch or so the whole length of the seam. When you turn your fabric over, the back thread will pull right out!
That's easier than any other method I've ever used and safer too from damaging your garment..
